Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility target, current testing evidence and known limitations.
Commitment and target
ThinkToAction aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing web experiences. This is a target, not a claim of complete conformance.
Implemented practices
- Skip links, semantic landmarks and structured headings.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus.
- Labels, legends, status regions and text equivalents for learning controls.
- Responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and print treatment.
- Text-based alternatives for core learning; no microphone requirement.
Testing
Current evidence includes automated lint/build checks, component tests and manual design checklists. Material flows require keyboard, zoom/reflow, contrast and representative screen-reader review before launch.
Known limitations
- A full automated browser accessibility audit is not recorded as complete.
- A screen-reader usability study is not recorded as complete.
- Live email verification, recovery and provider error states have not been tested end to end.
- Third-party identity interfaces and email content depend on the final provider configuration.
Feedback and alternatives
A public accessibility contact and response target have not yet been approved. Before commercial launch, the Academy must publish that channel and provide a practical alternative when a barrier is reported.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility findings are treated as product defects and enter release governance. Statements will be updated as testing and known limitations change.
