Enforcement
The Academy's intended enforcement model is proportional: a warning, a reasonable opportunity to correct the behavior, restriction of specific features where technically available and appropriate, and termination for material or repeated violations. Temporary feature restriction is not currently offered as a distinct account state, because that capability does not yet exist in the product; today, the only implemented enforcement action is account termination.
Immediate protective action, including termination without a prior warning, may be taken for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious abuse, deliberate security attacks, account-compromise attempts, infrastructure attacks, or serious risk to users or third parties. This enforcement does not permit confiscation of a customer's payment, and mandatory consumer rights (including the voluntary refund policy's interaction with any non-waivable rights) are preserved regardless of enforcement action. No automated employment or learner judgment is made from enforcement data. An appeal or contact mechanism is available through the configured support channel.
